Theme: The World Eagerly Awaits Your Manifestation

Brethren,

How are you doing today? Hope your week is going well.

This week our quarter series takes us to the question of integrity and truthfulness. While our key verse, Titus 2:7 challenges us to strive to be models of integrity and truthfulness, Joseph’s story in Genesis 39 shows us that living a life of integrity and truthfulness is easier said than done. See attached outline for your refence and further study.

The key lessons include:
As believers in Jesus Christ, and as servants of God, our lifestyle can promote or hinder the advance of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Therefore, God reminds us from this study that:

  1. A life of integrity is powered by God’s hands upon us, regulated by the Holy Spirit within us, and rooted in the truth of God’s word and of who God is. So, both our lifestyle and values must align with the word of God we teach and preach.
  2. Living a life of integrity and truth can be costly. Like Joseph shows us, it is better to suffer the anger of man than be on the wrong side of God
  3. Living a life of integrity and truth means that we continue to give our best even when working for an unjust master or when suffering for doing the right thing, either in private or in public.

Like Job, may we hold on to our integrity in all situations.
